At this year's PTC Exhibition, Kevin Top will focus on displaying its newly developed Servo-Driven New Ultra-Thin CNC Intelligent Pipe Crimping Machine at Booth A5, Hall E1. This product boasts outstanding advantages as follows:
- Ultra-Thin Structural Design: Adopting a forged integrated machine head with an overall thickness of <130cm and a floor area of only 1.4㎡, it saves 30% of space compared with traditional equipment, making it suitable for various production scenarios. The machine head material undergoes quenching and tempering treatment, reaching a hardness of HRC 50-58, with impact strength increased by 50%. It features a trouble-free operation time of ≥8,000 hours and only 1-2 maintenance times per year.
- Dual-Speed Oil Cylinder + CNC System: The forged integrated oil cylinder ensures stability and eliminates oil leakage risks. It enables fast no-load movement and slow pressure application during crimping, with pressure control accuracy of ±0.5MPa. Combined with the 3-5 second pressure holding function, the joint rebound rate is <0.02mm, and the rework rate is reduced to below 1%. The 7-inch touchscreen intelligent CNC system supports three modes (manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic) and has a built-in memory function for 100 sets of processing parameters. New operators can operate independently after only 2 hours of training. Taking the 4KW model as an example, the single-station processing time is shortened to 1.8 minutes, the daily output is increased to 800-1,000 pieces, and the efficiency is improved by more than 50% compared with traditional equipment.
- Special Steel Mold Technology: The molds are made of Cr12MoV special steel and undergo vacuum furnace quenching, with a surface hardness of HRC 58-62. No galvanizing anti-rust treatment is required, and their service life is extended by approximately 30% compared with ordinary molds, effectively reducing costs and ensuring production continuity.
